Most people order the same sandwich for a year before they look up. The board above the counter is not short, and there is a fair bit on it worth knowing about.
Here is the sub side of it, in plain terms.
The four built hot
Italian Sub — $11.99. Genoa salami, ham, pepperoni and provolone, then lettuce, tomato, onion and Italian dressing over the top. Hot or cold, whichever you ask for. It is the one to order when you cannot decide, and the one that needs both hands.
3 Wise Guys — $11.49. Roast beef, turkey and bacon under melted swiss. Three meats doing the work, no salad-bar padding to bulk it out.
Turkey Classic — $11.49. Hot turkey, American cheese, bacon. Nothing clever about it. Nothing wrong with it either.
Ham Sandwich — $10.99. Hot Boar's Head SmokeMaster Black Forest ham with cheese on a sub roll, lettuce and tomato. This is the sandwich that justifies the slicer sitting at the end of the counter — the ham comes off it when you order, not before.
Six inch or twelve
The chicken and pastrami subs go either way. The twelve is the better arithmetic if you have skipped breakfast.

The cold half of the board
Cold sandwiches start at $7.99 for egg salad, then $8.50 gets you ham or turkey, seafood, roast beef, chicken salad or tuna salad. White, wheat or rye. Any of them will move onto a 6" sub roll or into a wrap for $3.00 more, which is the quietest upgrade on the menu.
Clubs are $9.50 — turkey, ham, chicken salad, tuna salad or grilled chicken, each with bacon and cheese stacked in. The BLT and cheese is $8.50. Lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise come standard on all of them.
One thing to expect
None of this is sitting under a heat lamp waiting for you. It gets built when you ask for it, which is the whole point and also why there is a short wait at half past twelve.
